General & Annual Meetings

At Gadia Co-operative Credit Union, you have a say in how we run affairs. We encourage your participation in the Quarterly General Meetings (GM)and Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The membership meets on a quarterly basis to receive progress reports from the Board and Management and also take feedback from members for policy review and strategic focus.

Once every year after the accounts of the society has been audited, we organize Annual General Meetings to receive reports from the Board of Directors and the strategy for the years ahead. New Board Members are elected during the AGM in accordance with the Society’s bylaws
