Shareholding

Each member or member business shall subscribe to a minimum shares capital of Ghs7,000 which shall be reviewed from time to time as approved by the Board of Directors and agreed at the membership meeting.

Members are allowed to withdraw their shares only on account of membership withdrawal and after giving 90 days withdrawal notice. Members with more than the minimum shares subject to conditions can be allowed to withdraw the excess after giving 90 days withdrawal notice.
